Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their AI needs and business objectives.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
- Identify AI opportunities and recommend tailored solutions that align with business goals.
- Manage AI project requirements, success metrics, and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and automation specialists to ensure seamless execution of AI initiatives.
- Stay informed on the latest AI trends and technologies to provide strategic guidance to clients.
- Oversee AI strategy execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Coordinate between internal teams and client stakeholders to drive smooth AI implementations.
- Troubleshoot challenges and proactively provide AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
- Lead AI adoption initiatives, ensuring clients recognize and maximize the value of AI within their business.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to refine AI strategies and enhance service offerings.
- Identify opportunities for ongoing AI optimization and service expansion.
What You Need to Succeed
- 3-5+ years in account management, consulting, or project management, preferably within AI, SaaS, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, automation, and process improvement.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and a passion for exploring new AI technologies.
- Experience managing AI implementation projects and high-value client relationships is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to drive AI adoption and business impact.
- Business acumen to understand client operations, key drivers, and stakeholder priorities.
- Technical proficiency in AI automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and n8n is preferred.
