Role Overview

Cadre AI is looking for a versatile AI Integration Engineer to join our expanding team. This role requires a tech-savvy problem solver who can seamlessly integrate software systems, develop internal tools, and ensure smooth data flow across platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses broad technical skills, and demonstrates a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to ensure smooth data exchange across applications and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly and efficiently.
• Develop APIs, automation scripts, and internal tools to optimize workflow and system efficiency.
• Maintain and improve existing integrations, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand integration needs and provide technical solutions.
• Document processes, integration logic, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing across the team.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices.

What You Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of experience in software development or integration engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party API integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
• Previous experience in AI or machine learning environments.
